Dear Team-mates!
Yes, I have this
praxis to couch all my feelings into words. I don’t know whether it is anyway good or bad, but it is there
somehow. This one goes to the my first ever office colleagues of the first ever office I worked at. I know
practically the journey has been short, but quiet enthralling. A new state, a new
city, new people, of-course lot of new things! Before I finally and officially bid adieu to the city,
and start afresh from a new city with
new people, I have a few things to say!
Dear Team-mates,
Miss Arti, you're an ideal team head any team member would hold an image of. So welcoming, so much more
like a friend than a boss. I feel such a deep connection with you, I have no
clue why thou! I am always comfortable sharing everything with you, and you
know a lot of my stories now. From making those videos to crying in front of
you, exchanging movies, and even games! I have to admit, you are one among the
most humble person I know today, ready to help everybody who comes in your way,
me being the biggest example for myself in that context! I literally have no
words except for thank you for all the ways you’ve helped me out every single
time I stand confused and hopeless! Payal we haven't even spend two months
together, I guess hardly a month altogether, but let me tell you you're very
polite, fun loving, and a very
interesting person to be with. I miss talking to you about relationships,
maturity, your suggestions to me,talking of
the world and many more possible topics that we have discussed over this
short period of time. Would love to see you become a Ca, Lawyer and His Queen
(from princess) very soon! :P Nirmiti,
your curly hair, and that super cute always smiling face is too sweet trust me! You are of-course very
simple, but that’s what makes you different. Simplicity is said to be the best
jewelry and you definitely have that. Always be the same, no matter how big
city or among how hanky panky people you live among, remain how you are,
uninfluenced, you're just perfect. Btw, I have finally deleted THINK from my
phone, as you're no more there to help me out with its levels lol but yes still
stuck with 2048+ but haven't reached anywhere yet :P Jinson, you're totally opposite of how you
look when you wear your specs. :P Your
jokes, one liners, goofy talks of ghosts and spirits were always
incredible, specially those which we did when there were no lights in office at
times and Varsha ma'am would freak out and run away lol. And yes, thanks for being a sincere senior to
me during my first audit . I remember the foremost advise you gave me,
"Don’t ever let the 'saamnewala' think that you don’t know anything, act
like you know everything" :P and guess what am still applying those in
other areas of life at times :P LOL. Tanmay, you're a sleepy head I know,
everything would work, but please don’t sleep in the exam hall, that wouldn’t
work :P I know we always pushed you
saying whoever sits near you falls asleep, but since I have shared a desk with
you all those months, I never fall asleep ha :P You're a great person, and so is your humor, that INTIMATION wala
joke, specially :P I hope you remember, or else ask Arti ma'am she would
remember for sure :P . Murli, I always thought you were at-least 2 years older
to me, but you're just a month older than me but will still become a Ca 2 years
before me! Kuch jyada classes jump nhi krwa di tujhe? Marwaris can make any
freaking thing possible at times, right Murli? Even Payal will agree to this
:P
This was one of the
coolest team I had ever worked with, where you could talk of everything,
working was fun, no stress, endless jokes, gossips, be yourself and much more!
You people are amazing! When ever I visit Mumbai in future, I'll make sure to
catch up on you all, and you also have to make sure you spare at-least an hour
for me from your busy schedules :P
Your's,
Shaily! :D

One India, One Us!
Its time to re-think whether we really belong to an indivisible nation, sharing one single sacred land widely known as Bharat Mata, within the same international borders, most of us sharing one common religion, Hinduism . We often talk and read of brotherhood, peace, happiness, culture, traditions and many more, specially in our country, India. But where did it seem to go in our functional lives? Elders are fighting for reservation, youngsters are fighting for freedom of speech and on on the other hand, our soldiers are struggling for THEIR lives to protect OUR lives!
One of the big-time problem we are facing is that of reservation. India became independent almost 70 years back. Britishers, whom we were unprotected from, are far gone. Today, India is all about Indians, our own common people, still there are communities that feel they are insecure/underprivileged, and demand reservation living among their own countrymen. We all are supposed to be one, supposed to be treated equal, given equal status. When to the younger generations of all communities, it comes to showing modernity and superiority, none of them (ST/ST, OBC, General, the so called bifurcation of castes in India) would step back, they will do whatever it takes to prove themselves superior, but when it comes to reservation, even the modern-est of the moderns, richest of the rich want to be considered as backward!
Every community has got a big bunch of people who are underprivileged even in all those communities that we can count in our so called-unnecessarily-bifurcated categories such as General and if reservation is really all about giving chances to the underprivileged, aren't they too be given reservation? I have a few very close Jat friends, who without any reservation criterion are climbing their steps to success on their own, in their respective fields not only in the country itself but also abroad. They are live examples, that reservation do not contribute to your success or achievement of dreams, your own will and hard-work does. Another great example is Captain Pawan Kumar, who died fighting terrorists in Kashmir, a born Jat, and a JNU graduate too.
Jat community has given one of the paramount numbers of brave-hearted soldiers to the Indian army, they are known for their fearless attitude of fighting against the wrong, on the border for the love of their country, who are known for their word of mouth, who fulfill all the promises they make, who give up their lives saving us from the outside enemies, this is how the world has come to know them. What benefits are we deriving igniting our own cities and people. Aren't we letting down our own sons and daughters who are spending most of their lives, for us on the national frontiers! Till date, 12000 Crores loss in the country due to this massive agitation, has been already mapped, 20 people died, and a few hundred injured. Of-course the number seems small, but ask those families who lost their members, they know the pain!
One of the demands that the recent Jat agitation has put forward is reimbursing with Rs. 2 Cr to the soldiers family when he gives up his life on the border fighting for the country. I totally agree onto this. Today when our Indian cricket team plays/wins even a single match, they are given lacs and crores of money for down-throwing the other countries. Then why our soldiers who out-throw intruders in the game of life that they play for us every single minute, without prioritizing their own lives, go unnoticed! Is the match won by our cricket(which is not even our national game!) team more dear to us than the sacrifice of life made by our own children far away from home!
Reservation was introduced in the country to make lives better, favoring the backward classes to eradicate poverty and give them chance to participate in the state administration, but is the case same at present? The 'help' has now turned to 'demands', hundred folds more than what it used to be when it first started.
Reservation was meant to serve people, benefit them, help those in need, but today it has turned out to be the other way round, it has proved to be more destructive, life threatening, loss causing, than beneficial.
On the other hand, our youngsters demand freedom of speech, a freedom such that they can also speak against their own country, freedom to speak such that all your nuisance, strikes and 'dharnas' be tolerated and you expect the rest of the loyal countrymen to shut up and listen to your crap with patience. When you see people revolting against you, you run away, even though you say you didn’t do anything wrong, you still vanish, refusing to show up, and then you come again a few days later, and surprisingly again with the same nuisance, all over the media, every news channel have you on, how much more tolerant India do you wish for?

Birthday Presents!
Birthdays are always mesmerizing specially when you have a bunch of people who would do anything to make you feel that you're not alone in the town, sitting miles apart. The time spent with family is usual but always the best. Family dinner, cake prepared by mommy, evening treat by papa, a good morning happy birthday kiss when you're half asleep by younger brother. Blessing of grandparents!
When you have relative and friends living in different countries, you get to celebrate your birthday for more than a day because of different time zones. Lucky I am of-course, that I get to celebrate my birthday for two days, one according to the Indian time, and another according to the US! So, technically, even today is my birthday. LOL. Thanks to all those to took a minute to wish me through Facebook, Text Messages, Calls and emails, all your wishes means a lot to me!

Entering In The 20ies!
Okay, so its 2:59 am
to be exact. Am up doing some random stuff on my birthday midnight! So today
ends my teenage, and it’s the beginning of
roaring 20ies! Sounding so old old to me lol. Teenage came, gave the
best and the worst experiences of life and went away at a lightening speed, i know
there's more to come, more to experience, more to cherish and of-course more to
remember! I cannot sum up these 20 long but still short years in
a blog, obviously, but yeah, it's been quiet amazing. I have seen myself fall,
walked over, stand up with support, standing by my own, I have seen myself
grow, cry, smile, laugh and dream. Dream of all weirdest possibilities ever.
There's excitement,
I guess that's what not letting me fall asleep tonight. Life has always been
favorable to me, if there have been ten downs there always were 11 ups to back
me up too. I am spending this birthday night alone thou, thought of trying to
enjoy my company watching movies, listening to endless music, obviously a few
close friends wishing me up at 12 am,
some others hanging up with me on telegram just to accompaign me on my
birthday!
Today's gonna be a
normal day, a day with family, an outing in the evening may be, but am glad am
home, I know all my lifelines are in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Jodhpur,
Udaipur and all other cities, but I also they
are gonna be with me virtually throughout the day. What else do you wish
for on your birthday! These loving
people, their company, their support is a gift that I would prefer to have on
all my birthdays that I survive, over those expensive gifts and grand party
celebrations!
With a birth, comes
thousand complimentary things, kundlis, nakshatras, zodiacs, expectations,
dreams of parents, dreams of your own, happiness in the clan, emergence of new
emotions, new relations, luck, sacrifice,
hardwork, functions, celebrations, responsibilities, and far more many things!
Woah! That’s a lot, right? With each passing year we understand how things went
right, how things went wrong, try to pay enough heed not to redo those mistakes
in the next year. Making resolutions, breaking them. promises, breaking them
too. Lot of hard work to deal with! But
still, each morning we stand, we rise, assuring yourself that you can do it!
Life has always
given me all that I wanted, I wont complain for a few things that didn’t fall
in place, because things are fine for now and I know, like I know, like I know
they are going to be better with time. I am happy with whatever I have, because what I have for now is I guess
all that I need to grow at this point in time.
Thanks Mommy and Papa, Thanks life! For giving me a fair chance to live you, a fair chance to experience, a beautiful family to be with and some extra fine friends to groom with, a chance to understand you, blaming you at times, saying that I don’t want to live anymore at certain points and then feeling how blessed I am having got to play a smallest of the small but yet a BIG role in this extraordinary tale called LIFE!

With Brave Wings, She Flies..
A positive thought and outlook is sometimes all that can heal you. When negativity surrounds us everything seems sluggish, nothing seems right, as if life is a weary load to move along with. Those are the times, a positive mind, a positive attitude can take you out of all the dullness, never ending sorrows, into the cosmos of your dreams where everything that first seemed against you, will also seem to be positive one way or the other. When you're surrounded with a whole black hole of negativity around you, trying to be positive is not an easy task. But once you know this art, you start being positive even with each of your tears that fall off and you start seeing how life unfolds its chapters in a beautiful way...
When you start perceiving a half glass empty as half of it full,
That’s when your own happiness you begin to rule...
From sobbing for little things in life that we don’t own,
To appreciating all those things that life has blessed us on...
And then you realize, your happiness lies within you,
And you start re-living your life as if it's once again renewed!
Putting your dreams back in the string,
Hoping that life would, a more bright dawn bring in...
Taking all the positive aura and inspiration inside,
Pointing to the stars and the moon for light in a bleak night...
Trying to fill in colors even when its all gloomy and all dark,
Still coming up with a smile, that's when you create a benchmark!
Loving your own company is the first step to positivity,
And Indulging your soul and mind in your own creativity...
Leaving the bad aside, trying to see the good in others,
Walking on stones and looking forward to a path of feathers...
With brave wings, she flies once again,
With a smile, a lot of belief, and then blessings rain...
A belief re-born, faith sparkling in the eyes,
Whatever happens in life is always for a reason, simple and wise..

F . A . M . I . L . Y
For the good times
and bad. Always there. Mine. Inspirational. Links to the past. Yours' forever.
Happy Reading!
Family doesn’t
always have to mean the blood relations we are connected together with. For me
it subsists of all those who have been a part of me, my life, my blues, my bliss, my ups, my downs, my good, my bad. The connections that our blood
chooses, stay with us now and forever and are incomparable, but eternal are those relationships too that are picked by our hearts in our itinerary of life. Our grandparents, parents, siblings,
cousins help us shape our lives all our childhood, then comes a time we step out
of the nest, into this vast world, and
that’s the beginning, where we start adding more people to our family. From
starting with plenty in number, bit by bit, gradually we are left with a few, the
cream ones, the best ones.
Family is something we can always count on. People who are yours, to whom you don’t need to prove yourself again and
again. People with whom you can be transparent with, without even thinking for
a second what image they'll frame of yours! Family is, those who
won't judge us for our past, wont judge us for our choices, but stays by our side, in good and in bad, guides us, are there to lend us a hand no
matter how many times we fall, how many ever mistakes we make.
Trust, loyalty, love, care aren't something that need to be proved, but they need to be showed, to be felt, because actions prove us, mere words don’t! We may say 'we care' a thousand times, but it won't make a penny difference if we don’t show that we actually care!
Family means, when we have people who are with us not for their gains or losses, but just
because of the bond, the attachment we share, just because of the demands of the hearts.
Clashes arise when the mind enters a relation, no matter how close you are,
even if you're connected with blood. Lets try to keep our minds out of at least all those few family-blood-relations and bonds of the heart we share and those we really bother to take with us till the end, and try to carry them within and with our hearts, our feelings and not our minds!
Everybody comes and stands by us a when we're on the top of the rock, but what matters the most is who stays by us when we've nothing to offer but our company, when we've nothing to offer but only our pain, our sufferings. When we can name such people down, we really have a life worth living!
