I've been in this
city hundreds of times before. Have
spent 5 longs months in the same place three years back, but this time it
was different, these 10 months have been amazingly epic. Last few days before I pack my bags up and leave! A city that became
my home,second home, gave me the best kind of people to deal with and
uncountable memories to hold back to. I know I'll be coming back, to visit, or
to stay for a few days, but still felt like writing this down!
You come to a city
you don’t belong to,
Counting your days
of 'survival' ,
and
You don’t even
realize when those 100 days of survival,
Turn into 10 best lived months of your life.
Familiar faces, who
were just
contacts saved since years ,
Turned into best friends.
Girl next-door who
once you never talked to,
Becomes your whole
and sole and your pampering bowl.
That feeling,
when you get all you
ever wished for,
A set of best
people,
Who become your
family away from home,
You cry together,You
laugh together,
You Skype
together,You sit together,
And you're high on
life, altogether.
And then comes the
time,
When you have to
leave,
Happy to be home,
But sad to leave
this happy place!
